SIGRUN Live Media and Liability Acknowledgment and Release Form

I hereby acknowledge and agree to the following terms related to the events provided by Sigrun GmbH (“Sigrun”):

Product and Service Acknowledgment
For Refundable Deposit Holders:
- I understand that free access to SIGRUN Live is exclusive to purchasers of SOMBA, Momentum, or RED CIRCLE at full price from 2020-2023, excluding Alumni accessing these programs at a discounted rate.
- I am aware that to secure my seat a refundable deposit of CHF 297 is required, without which access will be denied.
- I acknowledge that refunds will be processed 30 days post-event, contingent upon full-day attendance. No refunds will be provided for non-attendance under any circumstances.
- I accept potential variations in the refunded amount due to currency exchange and transfer fees, with a possible difference of up to 10% from the paid amount.

For General Ticket Holders:
- I understand that there are two types of tickets for this event, a refundable deposit and a regular ticket. The deposit only gets refunded when you show up to the event and you’ll receive your refund approx. 30 days after the event. As for regular tickets, we understand that plans can change so all these tickets are 100% refundable until 30 days before the event. After October 9, 2023 regular tickets are non-refundable. To request a refund, please contact our support team at info@sigrun.com.

Common to All:
- I confirm the use of my own payment method and affirm it is not being misused by any other individual or entity.

Media & Privacy Release
- I grant Sigrun and its representatives permission to utilise my name, image, voice, and testimonials in promotional, business development, and marketing materials.
- I respect the privacy rights and confidential information of other participants.

Liability & Health Safety
- I assume all responsibility for my actions during events organised by Sigrun and release Sigrun from any liability related to injury, loss, or damage during my participation.
- I commit to adhering to health and safety protocols and will provide a negative test result if experiencing symptoms related to any communicable diseases, including COVID-19.

Complete Agreement
- I have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms outlined in this form and in Sigrun’s Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.
- By paying for SIGRUN Live 2023, you agree to our Terms & Conditions (link below) and acknowledge our Media & Liability Release Form (link below). This confirms you’ve reviewed all sales page details and FAQs. Additional terms on the enrolment page are also agreed upon with this payment.
